Is the name of D.C.’s professional football team racially insensitive, or a nod to a proud Native American legacy? As the ongoing debate raged, the Redskins organization wanted to tell its side of the story. I wrote all copy for their “Redskins Facts” microsite and accompanying video, as well as digital ads that stressed unity among players, owners and fans alike when it counts the most: on game day.
