Few people understand just how ubiquitous caramel color is in the food and beverages we consume; it’s used to make many of the things in our kitchens and refrigerators look as good as they taste. I researched and wrote all copy for ITCA’s first-ever website, which presented the benefits of caramel coloring in a scientific yet approachable way.
